The 2nd edition of the Hardy Youth project is a homage to the well known color study by ED HARDY. When he established the idea of a custom tailored tattoo, he changed the industry forever. The raw color study drawing has become its own "thing" and combines the dynamic of a sketch with the full color of a flash painting. It helped the customer to visualize the tattoo, and the tattooer to work out the coloring/shading in advance. All participants joined to recreate this look, which focuses more on power and dynamic, than perfection. The themes like tigers, panthers, eagles, the hot stuff, dragons or the iconic rose of no man’s land are well known from Ed Hardy´s tattoo and paper work.
